You can find Soothe Ocular Spa in The Grainger Suite in Dobson House at the Regent Centre, Gosforth.
Car: If you are travelling by car we are just over two miles from the city centre, with plenty of parking located around Dobson House in the green parking bays, or on floors 1 and 2 of the onsite multi-storey: look for the green P signs. Parking is free for up to 1 hour, with reasonable rates if you anticipate being longer than this, payable using the paybyphone app.
Metro: The Regent Centre metro station (on the Airport to South Hylton line) is only a few minutes walk away. On coming out of the station head towards Regent Farm Road, then keep going past Regent Point and Ardens Kitchen cafe and bistro; the Grainger Suite is the next door you come to.
Bus: There are a number of Arriva buses that stop at the Regent Centre interchange, again, only a few minutes walk away. Please follow the directions above to find us.
On arrival, during normal working hours, please go to Reception in the Grainger Suite: they will let us know that you have arrived and someone will come to greet you. If your appointment is after 5pm, or at the weekend, please text/WhatsApp us on 07561596128 as the main entrance to Dobson House is locked at these times: we will meet you at the main entrance and let you in.
Accessibility: Soothe Ocular Spa is located on the second floor. Dobson House has a disabled ramp at the main entrance and the second floor can be accessed via stairs or lift. Please let us know of any mobility issues you have.
